Job Summary

The Office Administrator will perform a standard office activities as documents registration, archiving, scanning, copying etc.

Job Duties

  • Receiving incoming to the office documents from third parties.

  • Scanning and archiving of all incoming documents.

  • Distributing documents to Aecom’s staff in accordance with attribution.

  • Archiving of out-coming documents.

  • Supporting Aecom experts in preparation of documents (formatting, printing, copying etc.).

  • Supporting of other administrative staff in office administration.

  • Evaluates and monitors adequacy of Contractor Quality Control (CQC) programs.

Specific Skills Required

  • Experience in overall administrative activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Middle Level of Education. Diploma / Bachelor Degree welcome.
