AECOM Site Office Administrator in Wroclaw, Poland

The Office Administrator will perform a standard office activities as documents registration, archiving, scanning, copying etc.
Receiving incoming to the office documents from third parties.
Scanning and archiving of all incoming documents.
Distributing documents to Aecom’s staff in accordance with attribution.
Archiving of out-coming documents.
Supporting Aecom experts in preparation of documents (formatting, printing, copying etc.).
Supporting of other administrative staff in office administration.
Evaluates and monitors adequacy of Contractor Quality Control (CQC) programs.
Specific Skills Required
- Experience in overall administrative activities.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Middle Level of Education. Diploma / Bachelor Degree welcome.
