AECOM Project Controls Lead - TTC Projects in Whitby, Ontario

AECOM is looking for a Project Controls Lead to work on secondment to TTC to help their teams with delivering their Transit projects.
The job incumbent will be offered a regular, full-time position with AECOM and work on secondment to TTC for about a year before returning to AECOM. Length of secondment could be extended beyond a year before returning to AECOM.
Candidate will report for work at the TTC office (depending on COVID restrictions, this will be discussed with the candidate) for the length of the secondment. After the secondment is compete, the home office for the employee will be the AECOM Whitby office.
.1 Support project execution team on cost, time, schedule, change management and reporting
for successful project executions.
.2 Integration of scope, cost, schedule and progress of the assigned projects.
.3 Facilitate the change management process and continuously forecast project schedule and
.4 Review, analyze project information and provide guidance to project execution team on the
.5 Prepare and review project controls gate deliverables with Project Managers and Engineers.
.6 Follow procedures for consistency and predictability, escalate any improvement of
deficiency on the process or procedures.
.7 Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
.8 Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing.
.9 Proven team player with the skills and ability to build and maintain internal and external
BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Project Controls experience on large engineering/construction projects preferred.
