Job Summary :
AECOM is looking for a Project Control Specialist Scheduling to work on secondment to TTC to help their teams with delivering their Transit Capital projects.
The job incumbent will be offered a regular, full-time position with AECOM and work on secondment to TTC for about a year before returning to AECOM. Length of secondment could be extended beyond a year before returning to AECOM.
Define end-to-end planning, scheduling and progress measurement workflows and processes
Identify and coordinate interface points with other disciplines
Revise, write and review planning, scheduling and progress measurement procedures and templates
Prepare training materials and provide training
Support the selection, development and roll out of Integrated Project Control Tools
Skill and experience:
In depth understanding of Capital Project Planning, Scheduling and progress measurement processes
Clear knowledge of Work Breakdown, Cost Breakdown and Organizational Breakdown systems
Hand on experience on planning and scheduling tools and systems
Experience on procedure, work instructions and project documents development
Proficiency in software applications relevant to the work and area of responsibility (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalent and SAP)
BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
AACEI Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional
A Degree in a related Technical or Business function preferred.
