What will a day in this role look like:

  • Working in a consultancy environment providing technical strategic advice for asset management to our clients across New Zealand and Australia

  • Contributing towards a diverse portfolio of asset management projects including Road, Rail, 3 Waters, Aviation, Universities and Hospitals.

  • Development of Asset Management Plans with client organisations across a variety of disciplines including Transport, Buildings, Civil Infrastructure and Rail.

  • Leading Asset Valuations and Maintenance in Design reviews for our projects

Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

What are we looking for from you?

  • 5+ years professional experience in the Asset Management sector

  • Sound knowledge and experience using relevant Microsoft Office packages, highly regarded would be proficiency in the use of PowerBI

  • Experience in the use of asset and information (data) management systems such as RAMM, Maximo, Infor, Assetfinder etc.

  • Engineering based Diploma or Degree
