Position Title Program Management Analyst

AECOM is actively seeking a Program Management Analyst to provide Program Management support. The position will be located at 300 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003.
Provide program support to the Acoustic Systems Towed Array Program Office.
Draft, coordinate, and finalize briefing material, reports, correspondence, schedules, calendars, POC lists, and Navy requirements in a collaborative setting
Maintain Towed Array program technical brief sheets for the Chief Engineer and the Assistant Program Manager
Assist the Chief Engineer with classified safe inventory management
Coordinate, schedule, and attend meetings; generate agendas, supporting materials, minutes, and actions as required
Maintain consolidated action and follow-up lists for Chief Engineer
Research and report status on and review Contract Data Requirements Lists data deliverables
Research content for and draft Weekly and Monthly Activity Reports for Chief Engineer
Conduct research into specific areas, prepare findings, and report findings to the customer
Participate in file archive management and reorganization
Support quality improvements through the generation and improvement of standard procedures and guidance
Interface with program office personnel, Navy field activity personnel, and contractors in acquisition, engineering, and logistics functional areas for action status, issue resolution, and planning.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
7 years of job related experience or equivalent
Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
An active Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level.
Position may require 15% travel.
Good interpersonal team communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to solicit and coordinate input across functional areas.
Program Management support experience
Proofing and editing proficiency and good attention to detail
Familiarity with PEOSUB programs
DoD procurement process familiarity
Knowledge of DoD acquisition process
