Job Summary
The main purpose of this role will be to support our Global Delivery Services business to achieve their workforce strategy, whilst maintaining best practice in recruitment search and selection. This role will also require a very high level of collaboration with key stakeholders and candidates at all levels to ensure that the best candidates are attracted, appropriately interviewed and selected into AECOM. There will also be a collaborative and close working relationship with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure alignment with the overall people strategy.
The core duties of this role include but is not limited to the following:
Act as a key strategic recruitment partner for hiring managers within your area of responsibility
Interface with Recruitment Managers, the AECOM Recruitment Centre (ARC) and wider Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that your stakeholders receive a seamless recruitment experience
Work closely with the AECOM Recruitment Centre (ARC), providing a full and detailed brief to ensure that the pipelining and sourcing process is both quick and efficient for your requisitions
Advise on the most appropriate sourcing, interview and selection techniques for your requisitions, providing additional training and support where required
Work closely with the ARC to ensure all interviews are scheduled appropriately
Partner with your business stakeholders to really understand their requirements, what is needed, the short and long-term prospects for the role will be so that this can be aligned with candidate career goals
Introduce steps to ensure that new hires align to the AECOM Values and possess a growth mindset
Champion diversity and inclusion by taking steps to remove any unconscious bias from the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that AECOM attracts from a diverse pool of candidates for your requisitions and that the selection methodology recommended for each position is appropriate, fair and inclusive
Ensure compliance, consistency and an excellent candidate experience throughout the life cycle recruitment process
Promote AECOM as an employer of choice and support the successful development of the AECOM Talent Network
Participate in continuous improvement International TA projects where required
Minimum Requirements
As an experienced recruiter, you will possess the following:
Demonstrable track record of delivering effective recruitment results
Ability to influencing and advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy and methodology
Collaborative approach, able to partner with stakeholders as well as ARC and wider HR colleagues
Solutions driven approach to recruitment
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and highly proficient in the use social media tools for candidate attraction an engagement
Experience and training in the use of psychometric testing would be beneficial but is not essential
Experience of working within a multi-national organization providing a best in class talent acquisition service
Proven track record of championing and promoting diversity and inclusion within the recruitment lifecycle
Proven track record of interpreting, understanding and maintaining specific TA data and the positive impact clean and accurate data has on TA strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Whilst successful applicants will be fluent in Polish, fluency in an other European language ( ideally Romanian and/or Spanish) would be extremely beneficial.
