Job Description
Responsibilities:
Setup Plant 3D central files on BIM360/ACC: specs setup, isometric/orthographic settings setup, template setup/adjustment
Manage all settings required for developing Smart P&IDs
Advise/train modeling teams on Plant 3D (or other software) best practices workflows
Perform regular quality audits of Plant 3D (or other software) models
Work together with the project management team to author or check and approve relevant BIM documents: DEEP, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, EIR
Work together with a team of BIM Coordinators, project managers, technical specialists to create budget estimates for the digital project work
Overall Digital/BIM Management/Coordination on a project or discipline
Implementation of company workflows/processes on projects
Attend and participate in company BIM/Information Management workshops
Manage project BIM/Information Management deployments and notify higher management of challenges with scope creep
Create federated models for multidisciplinary projects
Create clash detection reports and supervise the clash resolution
Quality control of the digital aspects of a project
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in working in Plant 3D
Experience in working on multi-disciplinary projects
Good skills in a clash detection software
Good skills in working in CDE, preferably BIM 360/ACC
Excellent English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in any piping related engineering fields such as Oil and Gas, MEP
Nice to have:
Dynamo, python, grasshopper, or any scripting language/software
Experience in authoring digital documents: DEEP, BEP, EIR, etc…
Knowledge of ISO 19650
