Position Title Procurement Specialist I/II

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and motivated Procurement Specialist I/II for immediate employment in the Troy, PA office.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide updates directly to Client about procurement related progress and potential delays on a regular basis
Experience natural gas gathering systems and water distributions systems
Manage and maintain a healthy relationship with vendors, suppliers and contractors
Create documentations necessary for the acquisition of materials and services
Work directly with our Clients Director of Operations, and provide coordination of all procurement activities with some general direction, including:
Purchase order creation
Price dispute resolutions
High School Diploma
No experience for level I/ 3+ years of procurement and warehouse management experience for level II
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Must be familiar with engineered drawings
Must be well organized and possess team leadership and participation skills
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to travel to field project location(s) which includes walking, climbing ladders, etc
Due to the nature of this work, qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
Due to the nature of this work, U.S. citizenship is required
Relevant oil & gas industry purchasing experience
Experience with AutoCAD a plus
