Job Summary

  • Works under administrative direction.

  • Is responsible for directing and controlling one or more planning functions.

  • Is responsible for client engagement, developing business plans, opportunity pipe lines, capture plans, responding to RFPs and meeting pre-established sales targets.

  • Acts independently and is virtually self-supervising.

  • Work is reviewed for effectiveness of results.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ideal candidate would have significant local experience in above mentioned markets with strong ties and background in the local market, developer , municipalities and consulting community;

  • Experience in supervising staff;

  • P3 experience will be given preference;

Preferred Qualifications

Some Project Management experience and training desired. Knowledge of social media to communicate ideas.
