AECOM Maintenance Lead Electrical & EVCI in The Hague, Netherlands

The AECOM team in the Netherlands consists of approximately 110 employees and operates from our headquarters in The Hague and from multiple site hubs throughout the country. Representative services include Engineering & Construction, Environmental, Transportation and Health & Safety.

For our client within the Energy industry we take over installations during and after EPCM project phase and apply our technical and contract management knowledge to projects with the aim of ongoing performance improvement

Job Description

As a Maintenance Lead Electrical and EVCI (Electrical Vehicle Charging Infrastructure) within FMC department your effectiveness will directly impact the effectiveness of your colleagues. You support the contractual deliverables assigned to our scope and develop relationships based on trust to deliver operational excellence that reflect the interests of all relevant AECOM and our client's stakeholders.

You manage E&EVCI Contractor Performance across maintenance suppliers, using daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to improve supplier performance and identify equipment replacement and upgrade opportunities.

Furthermore you manage warranty claims and ensure that Service Level Agreements are assigned correctly. Where necessary you prepare a business case for redefining and simplifying the Service Level Agreements and set up KPI definition of (sub)contractors.

You manage maintenance budgets and ensure contractors supply accurate and timely invoices and estimates as required.

Essential is the HSSE performance and delivery of “GOAL ZERO” safety standards through the contractor and site audits.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer, IT, Energy or a similar field of study.

  • Several years of working experience in a similar role preferably within the international consultancy sector.

  • Knowledge of process safety and automation.

  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience of preventive and corrective maintenance plan preparation

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is a must-have.
