AECOM FMC Data & Quality Support in The Hague, Netherlands

AECOM is currently looking for a Data & Quality Support Employee to join our client dedicated team in The Hague. In this role you will be supporting and working together with the FMC Data & Quality Manager as well as the Maintenance Management team.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining current knowledge base of external protocols, procedures & policies for various couriers, messengers, etc.
Entering and retrieving data from a database, contractors relating to administrative tasks and functions.
Compiling and gathering data for processing and entering into databases.
Assisting Maintenance Management team with creating and maintaining the maintenance year plan.
Providing administrative support to the FMC Data & Quality Manager and Maintenance Management team to enable the team to deal with all issues, queries, and projects in an effective and timely manner.
Responsible for answering incoming customer calls to help them with their questions and take appropriate action for each call.
Checking and verifying data relating the maintenance scope, specified per maintenance scope.
Keeping track on outstanding issues, chasing team members for answers.
Inputting data into the company system to keep each customer record updated
Providing summaries on outstanding issues and actions owners.
Create adequate weekly and monthly reports based on output from the system. This reports are shared with team and client to work on continuous improvement.
Answering questions/queries from the team, helping out in finding doc’s.
Analysing the retrieved data from stakeholders to assurance the data matched the maintenance requirements.
Good grasp of IT, particularly Excel and Word
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Proactive and team player, raising risks / issues on time.
Leadership skills in compliance, ethics and HSSE
Confident and capable individual
Strong track record in delivering projects in a fast moving and challenging environment
Ability to work under pressure and tight dead-lines
- Experience with working for a global, multidisciplinary company within the Engineering or Construction industry is an advantage.
