Job Summary

  • Bachelors in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management

  • 10-15 years of experience

  • Experience with K-12 programs in the US, preferably the SE or Florida

  • Excellent Communications and collaborative Skills

  • Experience leading project controls on large scale programs through the planning, design, construction and close out phases

  • Significant experience with program/project reporting

  • Experience with estimating, scheduling and project management dashboards

  • Project Controls experience with large renovation programs in the K-12 market

  • Ability to manage budget and schedule on a large K-12 program is required

  • Architecture or Engineering Registration preferred but not required

  • PMP, PSP, CCM or similar preferred but not required
