The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Lead annual market analysis and set up strategy for clarity of focus and prioritization on basis of the market trend, geopolitical situation, AECOM organizational capability and competitiveness
Produce and execute business development plan to maximize the value from this “Taiwan Overseas Investment” strategy with both focuses on outbound and inbound opportunities
Build up relationship with client and strategic partner as part of the business plan
Leverage internal and external resources and network to ensure a robust development of business and project execution
Explore client demand and maximize presence in the sense of client’s requirement and needs
Support and facilitate negotiation for new project. This may cover the quotation, costing analysis, client negotiation, contracting and project setup
Coordination project from A to Z and make sure project delivers and perform up to client’s needs
Subject to the need from the project, may need to relocate and work at local/overseas market to manage the project and client liaison to successfully manage the project for a satisfactory result
In view of trend with global supply chain reshuffle, quite a significant number of Taiwan entrepreneurs and manufacturers are or will be relocating, diversifying their production bases across the world. This position is established to secure and maximize the opportunities emerged from this changes and transitions. This position can explore an unlimited view for multiple discipline from design, environmental protection to infrastructure for all countries AECOM strategically focuses and prioritizes. This position looks after inbound and outbound opportunities.
