AECOM Workday Talent Junior Technical Lead in Taguig City, Philippines

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Workday Talent Junior Technical Lead to be based in one of AECOM's locations in India or the Philippines. This position has the flexibility to work from a virtual / home location. Candidates must be willing to work in a local time zone to Europe.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Relies on advanced knowledge of HR, within the scope of the position and often handles moderately complex tasks.

  • Advises and participates in the planning, development of strategy and policy related to discipline.

  • Works under limited supervision and direction.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS and 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

  • Participation in and assisting with driving strategic discussions related to what's possible within the capabilities of Workday HCM

  • Must have advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and specifically the Talent and Performance module to handle moderately complex tasks.

  • Experience advising and participating in the planning, development, and execution of technical configuration related to the in-scope activities of the role

  • Ability to work under limited supervision and direction.
