Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a TPN Community Management Specialists to be based in Manila, Philippines

Job Description:

The role is responsible for managing the internal community platforms of the Technical Practice Group ensuring that all communications are posted and inquiries are answered or liaised to the appropriate department. This role is also responsible in maintaining learning management systems including but not limited to setup, implementation, monitoring of webinar series and timely uploads of invitations and recordings.

  • Help schedule, assign, coordinate, and manage programs, content, and scheduled live discussions in AECOM University

  • Function as global administrator for AECOM University

  • Help troubleshoot user access with various tools and platforms

  • Host webinars led by technical practice leaders for both internal and external events

  • Prepare and distribute communication updates to participants and stakeholders

  • Provide multimedia support for post webinar resources including uploading in AECOM University

  • Generate attendance reports for live discussion sessions and update completions in AECOM University as needed

  • Develop and maintain dashboards necessary for community management, overall TPN metrics and webinar details

  • Provide SharePoint development support for Technical Practice Network which includes migration and upgrades

  • Generate, update, track, and post progress reports for program directors for status completions, course completions, learning hours, and user completions

  • Train appropriate internal staff on hosting webinars for Virtual Instructor Led Training Sessions

  • Perform moderately complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures

  • Contribute specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager

  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required

  • Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity

  • Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead. May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes

  • May mentor fellow Community Specialists and share best practices in performing a wide variety of tasks and projects

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in community management, training and development, and administration of Learning Management System

  • Experience using PowerBI is preferred

  • Experience in using Video Editing software is an advantage

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, SharePoint, Google Analytics, and Camtasia or other similar tools and platforms

  • Experience hosting webinars on WebEx and Microsoft Teams Meetings or other similar platforms

  • Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios. (Problem Solving)
