AECOM Talent Coordinator, Talent Acquisition in Taguig City, Philippines

This role is primarily responsible to support recruiters with systems administration, candidate coordination, documentation, and other administrative Talent Acquisition function.
Support the recruitment process by formatting job descriptions, posting requisitions, and acquiring approvals
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities such as interview scheduling, coordinating interview logistics, coordinating assessments, doing relevant background and reference checking processes, and submitting requests on behalf of Hiring Managers
Facilitate effective and close communication between the candidates and recruiters
Track candidates’ interview information based on the given tracking system.
Endorse successful candidates to the onboarding team
Perform routine tasks in compliance with internal control, policies, and procedures
Review candidates, perform mass volume dispositions and close requisitions as needed
Escalate issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution
Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
Perform assigned tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
Ability to work in ANZ working schedule.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Administrative Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience in an outsourcing or shared services business model is an advantage, but not a requirement
Experience within a high-volume recruiting environment and recruiting for technical roles in the fields of IT and engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement
Experience using talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, internet-based sourcing tools such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn, Hiring Solved, and other similar platforms and tools is preferred
Basic knowledge in MS Office tools
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned reports, tasks, and documentation (Attention to Detail)
Ability to maintain good customer relationships with the ability to initiate ways to improve customer experience (Customer Service)
Ability to effectively communicate within a limited group of internal and external customers (Communication)
Ability to gather key information to assess simple issues by following defined policies and procedures (Problem Solving)
