AECOM is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator – Time & Labor to be based in Manila, Philippines.

Job Description

This role is primarily responsible to provide routine transactional support on end-to-end time and labor process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Compile, review, and post timekeeping data such as time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and other records

  • Review timesheets and verify attendance or hours worked

  • Provide support on weekly close process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions

  • Create and review period-end reports such as post-payroll reports based on the stakeholder’s requirements

  • Provide support on payroll inquiries using data systems such as Oracle, Service Now, ADP, Yonyou, and other similar platforms and tools

  • Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures

  • Escalate identified issues and concerns to Team Lead for timely resolution

  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required

  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferred

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures

  • Experience using Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, and other similar platforms and tools is preferred

  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate and complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios. (Problem Solving)

  • Ability to work in shifting schedule operating hours
