To carry out the following QS duties and responsibilities for Resort and Casino Project during its' Pre and Post Contract stages but not limited to:
Preliminary cost estimates
Cost planning and cost studies
Tender documentation (including measurement and estimating)
Tender procurement and management
Letter of Acceptance
Variation orders/change management
Minimum 5 years working experience encompassing both pre and post contract in preferably in the consultancy firms. Contractor and client’s experience is also considerable.
In-depth knowledge of construction condition of contract
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Mature and independent candidate with experience in Pre and Post contract administration of construction projects with ability to liaise with clients.
Possess knowledge of construction cost in Manila Philippines
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Electrical Engineering
