Job Description:

This role acts as a direct extension of the Talent Acquisition team in creating a welcoming and engaging candidate experience and is responsible for posting clear job descriptions, sourcing and screening potential and qualified candidates, and scheduling interviews for selected candidates. This role will primarily work on roles within our Americas regions which includes the United States, Canada, and Latin American countries

  • Perform the day-to-day requirements of assigned requisitions in compliance with service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures

  • Participate in intake meetings with TA Recruiters and agree on delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies

  • Evaluate candidates against position requirements, screen candidates, via electronic methods, and follow up promptly with prospective and qualified candidates

  • Maintain current processes and documentation such as recruitment records and applicant tracking in accordance with regulatory and record-keeping requirements

  • Manage and proactively record key performance indicators as requested by the business

  • Perform other administrative tasks such as scheduling online interviews, as requested.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

  • At least 2 years of experience in outsourcing, shared services, or a similar model with recruiting role

  • Working knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition standards and procedures

  • Experience using talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, internet-based sourcing tools such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, Avature, Linkedin, HiringSolved, and other similar platforms and tools

  • Experience with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search or other relevant search principles

  • Reporting experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Experience within a high-volume recruiting environment and recruiting for technical roles in the fields of IT and engineering is an advantage, but not required

  • Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues. (Attention to Detail)

  • Ability to maintain a high level of collaboration among multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively arrive at solutions and develop initiatives. (Collaboration)

  • Ability to effectively communicate within a varied audience and internal and external customers using different platforms. (Communication)

  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate and complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios. (Problem Solving)

  • Ability to work in NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE to support AMER Region.
