AECOM Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition in Taguig City, Philippines

Job Summary

This role acts as a direct extension of Talent Acquisition team in creating a welcoming and engaging candidate experience and is responsible for posting clear job descriptions, sourcing and screening potential and qualified candidates, and scheduling interviews for selected candidates. This role will primarily work on roles within our Americas regions which includes the United States, Canada and Latin America countries.


  • Perform the day-to-day requirements of assigned requisitions in compliance with service level agreements, process, policies, and procedures

  • Participate in intake meetings with TA Recruiters and agree on delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies of job vacancies

  • Evaluate candidates against position requirements, screen candidates via electronic methods and follow up promptly with prospective and qualified candidates

  • Maintain current processes and documentations such as recruitment records and applicant tracking in accordance with regulatory and record keeping requirements

  • Manage and proactively record key performance indicators as requested by the business

  • Perform other administrative tasks such as scheduling online interviews, as requested

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course

  • At least 2 years of experience in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with recruiting role

  • Working knowledge and understanding of talent acquisition standards and procedures

  • Experience using talent acquisition tools, applicant tracking systems, internet-based sourcing tools such as Kenexa BrassRing, Taleo, Avature, Linkedin, HiringSolved and other similar platforms and tools

  • Experience with sourcing techniques such as Boolean search or other relevant search principles

  • Reporting experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a high-volume recruiting environment and recruiting for technical roles in the fields of IT and engineering is an advantage, but not required
