AECOM Procurement Data Management Sr. Associate in Taguig City, Philippines

The role will be responsible for supporting procurement activities in compliance with procurement policies and specific statutory requirements. The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute assigned processes and to provide support in resolving process and system issues.
Perform supplier pre-qualification activities and assist in the maintenance and timely approval and rejection of supplier records.
Perform multiple periodic and ad hoc routine procurement data management tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
Process renewal of and new supplier pre-qualification review and collection of documentations.
Monitor vendor management activities via SUBPORT system.
Support data gathering and report generation requirements and pre-qualification statuses.
Maintain and provide accurate and effective documentation and records management in compliance with internal and external regulations.
Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and resolution of issues within the assigned process.
Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses
2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
Basic knowledge on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools. Knowledge in using MS Teams application is an advantage.
Experience in a shared service or captive set-up is an advantage.
Experience working with ERP, e.i., Oracle and SUBPORT is an advantage or other similar platforms and tools
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a specific group of internal and external customers. (Communication)

Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned reports, tasks, and documentation. (Attention to Detail)
