The role will be responsible in supporting the day-to-day HR-Learning services operations and support in administering the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). The role will be involved with stakeholder coordination to execute the development of creative and interactive learning courses and provide LMS technical support and resolutions.
Provide support in the training conceptualization and design by leveraging on expertise in learning theories and design guidelines to create the visually appealing and engaging training projects.
Manage and lead the development of assigned training projects and create and include interactive and animated videos and elements to the project.
Provide support on the direction and advice on which training materials and modalities best fit the project’s learning needs
Develop and prepare reports, analysis, and presentations relevant to learning activities and use of LMS.
Create and administer survey and assessment tools for the evaluation of learning activities
Analyze training feedbacks to provide insights and improvement opportunities for learning design and delivery.
Apply technical expertise in designing effective training and may be assigned as subject matter expert to lead moderately complex projects
Improve overall productivity and ways of working by integrating new industry practices and staying up to date with current trends
Work with Team Lead to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.
Create and update SOP/DTP of current and new processes.
Address critical and unique issues with the guidance of Team Lead for timely resolution. Identify risks and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns.
May provide guidance and technical expertise junior members of the team
Bachelor’s degree or at least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Instructional Design or related experiences
Advanced knowledge and experience building video-based training content using Captivate, Storyline, Rise, Adobe InDesign, graphic design software and other similar tools and platforms
Advanced knowledge and understanding of LMS functionality with ability to troubleshoot and resolve SCORM technical issues
Working knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
- Digital design and development experience are preferred
