Job Description
This role is primarily responsible for translating learning needs into high-quality, best-in-class program design and learning content and working with key stakeholders in advising on training needs, best practices, system capabilities, assignments, and roll-out strategy. Perform end-to-end learning operations activities and act as a point of contact for the learning services of the Hire to Retire Team.
Executes the tactical setting up of global learning programs. May lead complex learning projects domestically or globally.
Works with internal stakeholders to advise on training needs, best practices, system capabilities, assignments, and rollout strategy. Understands the best way to set up training for the desired client outcome.
Can provide direction and advice on creating training materials, understands different training modalities (ILT, VILT, WBT) and makes recommendations for blended approaches that fit the organization’s needs specially to support the junior members of the team.
Makes appropriate connections when training requests are made (example: someone approaches with a Project Management course, this person should loop in the global PM team and make sure there’s no overlap).
Keep up to date with AECOM’s training policies and governance (who can make configuration changes in the system, what approvals are necessary to assign training to certain audience levels, provides a point of view on whether training should be required or recommended).
Maintains internal catalogue library in Degreed, including the maintenance of skill plans and pathways on job family pages
Assists the business to set up global training programs, advise on best practices
Creates training/learning content to support global learning strategy
Oversee and manage client-facing learning portal
Execute the set up and maintenance for client training programs
Manage client training initiative intake process, meet with stakeholders, and walk them through the process of leveraging client portal for their projects
Address critical and unique issues with the guidance of Team Lead for timely resolution of escalated issues. Identify risks and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns.
Create and update SOP/DTP of current and new processes.
Perform complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, procedures, and SOX & internal controls.
Resolve identified issues and keep the Team Lead updated for open or ongoing concerns.
Work with Team Lead to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
Develop and prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.
Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.
Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team in completing projects and performing activities.
Qualifications
5+ Years of experience in learning operations preferably in an outsourcing capacity
With solid experience in learning and development activities facilitation, development, and conceptualization.
Experience in facilitating online and in-person learning activities, customizing content, and coordinating with stakeholders to meet the needs of your audience
With experience in process management and improvements within the learning field
Experience creating reporting dashboards
Advanced working knowledge and understanding of HR Operations standards and procedures.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
Advanced experience working with Learning Management Systems, and HR Systems preferably in Oracle, and Workday.
Must be open for NIGHT SHIFT schedule and Hybrid setup.
