Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator – Tier 1 to be based in Manila, Philippines

Job Description:

  • Perform intermediate to advanced tasks related to HR service desk operations

  • Act as first point-of-contact for all employment-related concerns

  • Respond to cases and queries raised via call, email, and chat and help employees navigate the relevant systems such as Employee Portal, Workday, and case management tool

  • Create relevant HR memos, letters, and relevant employment documentation

  • Provide clarifications on HR policies and procedures

  • Escalate complex queries to wider HR groups to obtain a resolution

  • Communicate the final resolution to the requestor as per the service level agreement

  • Ensure accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems

  • Create HR letter and relevant documentation

  • Gather information and documentation from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving issues

  • Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution

  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required

  • Ensure compliance with all state and corporate regulations and laws

  • Ensure strict adherence with standard protocols for electronic personnel file management and document storage

  • May assist with preparing reports and other projects as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools  

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures

  • Experience working in outsourcing, shared services, or a similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred

  • Experience using Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and with the ability to propose ways to prevent or eliminate errors, discrepancies & issues. (Attention to Detail) 

  • Ability to maintain good customer relationships with the ability to initiate ways to improve customer experience (Customer Service) 

  • Ability to effectively communicate within a varied audience and internal and external customers using different platforms. (Communication) 

  • Ability to identify and resolve moderate and complex issues by applying best practices and technical expertise and may recommend solutions for unique scenarios. (Problem Solving)
