AECOM is seeking an Accounts Payable Sr. Associate to be based in Manila, Philippines

Monitor recurring invoices, ensure all documents processed into AP, escalate where appropriate and resolve.
Maintain offline workbooks for primary key vendors.
Maintain high-volume commodity vendor accounts by means of monthly statement reconciliations.
Submit ad hoc vendor creation requests.
Identify accrual requests where known costs are not received.
Present new fixed asset criteria for R2A creation.
Ensure R2A reconciliation by presenting IT prepaid items.
Prepare and submit new lease documentation for loading to Costar.
Support finance lease payment reconciliation queries.
Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.
Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.
Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related courses
Experienced and knowledgeable in Accounts Payable processes
Oracle experience is highly preferred
Experience working in a Shared Service/BPO or multinational company
Experience in AP Process (IT Costing)
