Job Description
AECOM’s Global Leadership Team is looking for an engaging and collaborative Senior Manager, Leadership Development to support our global strategy to ensure a progressive employee career development journey and meaningful career pathways at AECOM. This role will see you facilitating training in person and virtually, delivering global programs.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the success of the global leadership development roadmap, delivering materials and content that is innovative, engaging, and robust. You will be part of a global team that implements learning solutions for leadership at all levels from our early career high potentials to managers, to building the pipeline of future executives, enabling you to influence outcomes at all levels of the business.
This role will see you partnering with colleagues on the implementation for global programming and will give you the opportunity to help lead advancement of learning approaches across multiple regions. Joining our team means joining a team of multi-taskers who can design, facilitate and coach in both virtual and in person environments. If you are looking for a dynamic role where you can utilise your strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to contribute to the success of our global team, this is the role for you.
This role can be based at an of AECOM’s major offices on the East Coast of Australia: Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with demonstrated experience with program management in talent development programs. You are an expert facilitator, someone who can take a leadership audience on a journey and deliver innovative content to a broad audience. Your coaching background and experience facilitating training to a global audience will be key to your success in this role.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary education, advantageous
Certification in DISC or Hogan, advantageous
Strong Microsoft Office skills - required.
