Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to provide leadership and oversight of probity management across all end markets within NSW + ACT. The successful applicant will develop and maintain harmonious external client and stakeholder relationships to ensure strong lines of communication and information sharing regarding probity related matters.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director general duties will include the following:

  • Generate awareness of cross-business probity challenges in BD activities

  • Generate and share up-to-date probity communication

  • Regularly lead probity training at office and project level as required

  • Develop and monitor probity plans for our major opportunities and pursuits as required

  • Drive best-practice, ensuring individual compliance with probity plans. Undertake internal probity audits to satisfy probity plan obligations

  • Attend external probity audits by government clients

  • Proactively support such pursuits to avoid conflict of interest, influencing key probity decisions

  • Provide support to key people to foster cross-business collaboration, to expand every opportunity for integrated offering

Minimum Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to confidently influence others with diplomacy, tact and discretion

  • Strong networking and communication skills with senior stakeholders

  • Strong presentation skills to undertake regular training sessions

  • Experience in delivery of major projects

  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Good organisation skills with strong ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification(s) and recognised industry/professional body accreditation/membership.

  • More than 10-years working experience since graduation

  • Significant consulting/business and construction contract knowledge, with major project and/or team management experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of project management, IMS systems, procedures, and financial systems

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, customer focus and business analysis skills

  • Leadership skills including technical, human relations, innovation and motivation
