AECOM Business Development Architect in Stockholm, Sweden

Job Summary

Job duties:

  • Prospect for new clients, generate new partnerships with local community partners, developers, investors and contractors’ organizations where relationships do not already exist and turn this into increased business.

  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Set up Sales and Technical meetings between client and company’s practice leaders.

  • Attend industry events to promote AECOM’s programs and services. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business

  • Act as Project leader and work with our multidisciplinary technical teams to meet customer needs, arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs

Minimum Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Architecture and Design Services projects (Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Buildings) and a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development.

  • Familiarity with local funding and project development requirements.

  • Knowledge and experience working within REVIT is an asset.

  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and business lines for integrated delivery and growth.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated team-building ability and internal/external networking skills.

  • Languages: Native Swedish. English language proficient, holding excellent communication skills to present information in speech, drawings and reports. Spanish is a plus.

  • Availability for business travels of short duration
