AECOM Business Development Architect in Stockholm, Sweden
Prospect for new clients, generate new partnerships with local community partners, developers, investors and contractors’ organizations where relationships do not already exist and turn this into increased business.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Set up Sales and Technical meetings between client and company’s practice leaders.
Attend industry events to promote AECOM’s programs and services. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business
Act as Project leader and work with our multidisciplinary technical teams to meet customer needs, arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
7-10 years of experience in Architecture and Design Services projects (Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Buildings) and a minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development.
Familiarity with local funding and project development requirements.
Knowledge and experience working within REVIT is an asset.
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and business lines for integrated delivery and growth.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated team-building ability and internal/external networking skills.
Languages: Native Swedish. English language proficient, holding excellent communication skills to present information in speech, drawings and reports. Spanish is a plus.
Availability for business travels of short duration
