Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented and motivated MEP Project Manager for immediate employment in the Stanford, CA, area.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the Program Manager and Client throughout all phases of the project through design development to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance

  • Management of construction teams on the project and development of program procedures and standards as required

  • Working in the client office and traveling to the sites as needed for project meetings and construction oversight

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience within construction, architectural, or engineering company

  • Experience managing and designing multi-discipline (construction, architectural, engineering) building and facilities projects

  • Must possess a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities, and experience

  • Healthcare project management experience

  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) experience and knowledge preferred

  • PMP preferred
