AECOM is seeking a Logistics Analyst 3 in support of Program Manager, Medium and Heavy Tactical Vehicles located in Dumfries, VA.
Perform logistics support tasks within logistics element area(s) (ILS planning, maintenance planning, supply support, test and support equipment, packaging/handling/storage/ transportation, personnel and training, data. computer resources, design interface) for systems, subsystems, and equipment. Perform analyses, studies, problem identification and resolution in support of a customer logistics area manager. Prepare correspondence, documents, and reports for assigned logistics element(s).
Responsibilities may include:
Develop, update and evaluate Life Cycle Logistics documentation, to include Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Fielding Plans, Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans, Disposal Plans, Messages (Safety of Use and Maintenance Advisory) and others.
Develop and update equipment readiness reports, extracting data from Total Life Cycle Management-Operational Support Tool (TLCM-OST) and Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC).
Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures, etc.; consolidate comments from various organizations; and draft reports.
Assist in preparing routine correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), spreadsheets, Gantt charts, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Assist with maintenance of logistics support data, planning schedules, and documents.
Submit Table of Organization and Equipment Change Requests (TOECRs) in Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
Support logistics element(s) tasks.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least 3 years of job related experience or equivalent. Good communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position will require travel up to 25%. Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
Familiarity with tactical wheeled vehicles is desired.
Excellent writing and communication skills and strong verbal and interpersonal skills as daily interaction with government customers will be required. Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail oriented work.
Self-starter who can work well independently with minimal supervision and broad direction.
Proactive team player with excellent problem solving, analytical and interpersonal and technical writing skills and must be able to coordinate multiple tasks.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
