AECOM Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator 6 month Fixed Term position in St. Albans, United Kingdom

Job Summary

As a result of AECOM’s continued success, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6 month fixed term contract to join our established team based in our Croydon or St Albans office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most highly rated Consultancies in the UK and play an integral part in their continued growth.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager the purpose of the role is to provide efficient co-ordination and administrative support service to the Talent Acquisition team in order to ensure that the hiring demands of the business are met.

The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency and be able to demonstrate excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills. You will have the ability to track, organise and collate information accurately keeping 100% data integrity of our systems (Kenexa Brassring)

The St Albans office is based in the City Centre and situated a 5 minute walk to the train station. The office holds regular Sports and Social events for staff as well as offering staff Mindfulness sessions, on site monthly massages and the ability to get involved with regular charity events and wider CSR events.

Job Duties:

  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager with daily recruitment activities

  • Assisting with the management of the internal recruitment system (Kenexa Brassring) ensuring that the data integrity is maintained accurately

  • Sourcing and pre-screening candidates, creating the candidate funnel on requisitions to provide the hiring manager with a slate of candidates by conducting CV reviews and candidate phone screens using best practice recruitment methods

  • Manage applications and chase feedback from the business to ensure we are responding to candidates within the set timeframes

  • Arranging interviews for candidates, booking interview rooms and sending confirmation emails to the Managers and candidates

  • Optimising social media and all recruitment tools available ensuring all advertised material (including job adverts) is accurate and in line with AECOM branding

  • Communicating new starter details via email to HR and internal stakeholders

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar role, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Experience of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

  • Experience of using Kenexa Brassring would be advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or HR preferred.
