Job Summary

AECOM is looking to appoint a

Team Leader for its Employee Changes Team in St Albans.

Within the role you will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of all aligned business group people life-cycle transactional services according to governance, processes, policies, agreed performance targets and service level agreements.

You and the team will deliver high quality customer service whilst continually seeking ways in which operational efficiency can be achieved through processes and people. In addition, you will be required to actively support on going integration change management projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and coach direct administration team (6 - 8 reports) to deliver high quality seamless service within a culture of customer service and continuous improvement to ensure that the service meets the needs of our clients

  • Oversee the centre prioritisation, the structure of work activity and compliance to ensure first rate delivery within service level agreements

  • Manage the day to day service relationship and act as the point of contact for any issues or risks which arise

  • Ensure all documentation is updated as required and reviewed following internal approval guidelines

  • Monitor and report monthly metrics by which Services can be measured

  • Drive data integrity for data held within the HR systems

  • Support change projects to deliver successful structural and service transitions.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role we would like to hear from candidates with the following;

  • Proven experience managing a team

  • Excellent influencer and communicator with a logical and pragmatic style

  • Demonstrates focused approach on client service excellence working in collaboration with key stakeholders and Business Partners

  • Strong commercial focus

  • Comfortable working in a changing complex organisation with evolving requirements

  • Ability to contribute new ideas and suggestions to make a difference to our Service Centre

  • Sound experience of working with HR information systems, fully competent in MS Office suite
