Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our busy multi-disciplinary office in our centrally located St Albans office. This is a part-time position covering afternoons.

As a Receptionist you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Reception/Front of House duties.

  • Switchboard Operation (MITEL).

  • Greeting and signing-in visitors (providing them with a health and safety induction)

  • Organise Meeting Room bookings using Outlook.

  • Managing keys and passes for contractors.

  • Book projectors

  • Diary Management.

  • Incoming and Outgoing courier post.

  • To assist with the organisation of all repair and maintenance for the St Albans Office.

  • Manuals and Environmental Manuals in readiness for internal and external Audits.

  • Print rail rickets on EVOLVI system.

  • Arrange WIFI log-ins

  • Photocopying / Document Collation.

  • Manage visitor car-park

  • Managing car park waiting and permit lists

  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role essential.

  • Ability to multi-task under pressure.

  • Previous office experience essential.

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A high level of attention to detail with strong planning and organisational skills.

  • A “can do” approach and attitude, with a creative and problem solving mindset.

  • Ability to take a flexible approach which responds to the issues presented.

  • Professional personal approach and manner, able to command the respect of the operating business.
