Job Summary

The successful candidate will be joining digital professionals working on a variety of commissions through the UK, Ireland, Europe, Middle East and Africa that cut right across all sectors. Our current diverse portfolio comprises of both private and public sector client organisations.

This role can be based in any of our UK office locations .

The role will entail digital support for a variety of projects and programmes, internal and external, across all Business Lines, including Transport, Buildings + Places, Environment, Water & Programme Management. In addition, there will be a need to undertake research and analysis to support bidding and development of digital artifacts and products.

There will be a need to help visualise data and help create insight and support basic programming requirements for various interactive digital applications and to support delivering successfully for clients.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum skills required:

  • Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline, Architecture or Computer Science with a 2:2 classification (or equivalent) or above

  • Good Microsoft Office skills essential such as O365 suite of applications including, Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong research and technical report writing ability

  • Ability to digest, understand and apply critical thinking to emerging technology trends e.g. innovations such as digital twins and industry 4.0 and digital tools

  • Produce high quality engagement reports, briefings, summaries and info graphics;

  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external clients, both verbally & in writing with the confidence to engage with a variety of people

Preferred skills required:

  • Basic programming and coding skills and capability with Microsoft Power Apps

  • Use of data analytic tools and data visualisation such as PowerBI or Tableau

  • Masters degree would be an advantage

Although not a requirement, it is advantageous if candidate has experience in built environment digital tool sets such as those by Autodesk, Bentley or Oracle.
