Job Summary
Location: Springfield, MA
The overall purpose of the position is to coordinate contract documents and supporting information, so that all parties are kept current. The position entails assisting the Project Executives and Contracts staff in analyzing and organizing data, performing statistical analysis, researching information, and putting graphs and charts together in order to keep clients and executives up to date and proactive to their approach to issues. Monthly reports will also be evaluated, organized and analyzed by the incumbent in order to present information in a creative and concise way.
Minimum Requirements
Associates degree in a technical or business discipline, such as Engineering, Finance, Business, or Statistics. Or a relvant combination of eduaction and work experience in a technical field
Advanced skills in working with Excel spreadsheets
Strong skills in organizing and preparing data.
Good communication skills with owner and subcontractor
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing data and working with contracts for a Construction management, GC or CM or Engineering firm highly preferred.
