AECOM Senior Engineer - Water / Wastewater in Southfield, Michigan

AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Engineer - Water / Wastewater with 7 or more years of experience to be located in the Southfield, MI office. The Engineer will join our expanding Water Group. This position may include client management with municipal contracts. Projects may include developing preliminary design reports, detailed design and contract administration, for water and waste water treatment facilities, combined sewer overflow facilities, sanitary sewer stations, booster pump stations, transmission and/or distribution mains.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Supervisory, managerial, developmental and leadership skills to concurrently manage multiple projects, and technical staff.
Supervise technical disciplines with a broad general knowledge of many aspects of water / wastewater engineering for municipal market sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
7+ years of experience in the evaluation, planning, design and construction of one or more of the following projects:
Water / Wastewater Treatment Plants, Combined Sewer Overflow Facilities, Pump Stations, Water, Sewer, Stormwater and/or Lift Stations
Experience with developing proposals, schedules, and budgets
Interest and demonstrated skills in marketing, presentations and client interaction
Professional Engineering License or the ability to obtain license
Municipal project experience
Professional Engineer’s license in Michigan
