AECOM Senior HRIS Specialist, SEA and India in Singapore, Singapore

Job Summary

Job Purpose:

  • Contribute to the HRIS function within SEA and India to ensure that we develop and maintain best-practice HR systems and reporting in a way that contributes to the achievement of our business goals.

  • Contribute as a key member of the Human Resources team, in the achievement of the HR Plan.

  • Working with the Global HRIS team, provide input into requirements gathering for system changes and enhancements ensuring that business needs are captured and reflected accurately in any changes.

  • Analyze and report employee related information to support decision making

  • Under the direction of the Director HRIS and Employee Services, APAC, or as directed by Asia Regional HR Management, contribute to HR projects from planning through to successful conclusion.

Responsibilities:

HR Systems

  • Advanced User of key systems including Workday HCMS, Oracle HR, Workday, Cognos and Tableau reporting, Kenexa Brassring (Onboarding Management), etc.

  • Deliver direct support to HR and broader business for Workday HCM Core and Absence modules

  • Supports the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation around HR Technology systems for employees; including the training of users as required

  • Partner with various internal teams to identify and deliver business process solutions using HR systems while ensuring compliance with both legislative and internal security requirements

  • Collaborate with People Services around process efficiency for maintaining HR systems

  • Manage data integrity issues in conjunction with People Services team

  • Collaborate with other stakeholder departments such as IT and Finance, as related to HR systems integrity

Management and General HR Reporting

  • Preparation of monthly management reports (MBR/QBR)

  • Provide other reports on employee related information in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify reporting needs across the business

  • Preparation and distribution of reports to Senior Management and Human Resources Managers and teams

  • Regional HRIS representative for all global reporting discussions

  • Work with HR, business leads and global Reporting team to implement the HR reporting strategy and roadmap

  • Advise/support HRBP and CoE teams on reporting capabilities

  • Promote self-service and educate users in the process of accessing and understanding HR data

Systems Enhancement

  • Identify opportunities and contribute to enhancement of employee related information systems.

  • Coordinate/commission testing of upgrades and enhancement to all HR information systems.

  • Partner with the Global Team and participate in design and testing of new Workday functionality

Education of Users

  • Facilitate training and support users on HRIS functionality.

Minimum Requirements

  • Advanced user of Workday HCM Core and Absence (mandatory)

  • Advanced user of Workday Reporting module (highly desirable)

  • Experience with large scale HR systems implementations (highly desirable)

  • Exposure to Oracle HR and Tableau reporting

  • Advanced skills in Excel and strong Power Point skills.

  • High level of data management and analysis skills.

  • Experience with reporting and analysis using a broad range of information sources.

  • Experience in a professional service environment or highly commercial major organization.

  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contemporary HRIS practices and industry trends and the ability to network and research latest trends.
