Position Title Associate Director, Construction Services, Singapore

Job Summary

Responsibilities :

  • Reports directly to the Executive Director of Construction Services (CS), SEA

  • Provides senior leadership and support to a team of Client Side Project Managers, Internal Project Managers, Project Controls Specialists and Construction Project Managers across sectors ranging from Education to Aviation, Healthcare to Industrial, and Commercial to Hospitality projects.

  • Lead client side complex projects as either a Project Director or Project Manager whilst providing team.

  • Provide leadership and drive to major ‘at risk’ projects.

  • Responsible for business development of CS offerings to establish new clients, develop existing relationship to achieve conversion of project winnings.

  • Grow business line year on year through both project wins and resources

  • Be a safety leader in the organization.

  • Collaborate closely with Country Head and Other business line leaders to identify revenue and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Accurate revenue recognition and preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual outlook

  • Responsible for performance management of country CS staff, employee engagement and recruitment.

Minimum Requirements


  • Knowledge in pre and post contract management, cost & contract knowledge advantageous.

  • Knowledge in EPC / EPCM / At-Risk services, strategic partnership / JV knowledge advantageous.

  • Driven personality and highly resourceful with disciplined ethics.

  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage staff and lead project teams.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction Management or related

  • Minimum 12 – 15 years’ experience within the construction and development space in Singapore with :

  • Extensive project management experience having hands-on knowledge with institutional and private clients and preferably PMP or equivalent certified.

  • Extensive construction management experience having worked with contractor partners in the construction operation and supervision of large scale program management for real estate and infrastructure sectors.
