职位描述
l 负责搭建暖通、给排水、电气专业等BIM 建筑信息模型；
l 以BIM 技术解决空间造型复杂、工程难度大的项目设计；
l 协助项目各合作团队参与项目各阶段设计工作；
参与管线综合、四维模拟、工程量清单、预留洞口的BIM 技术服务工作。
职位要求
l 专科以上学历，建筑设备（暖通、给排水、电气）相关专业毕业；
l 0-3 年相关设计绘图经验均可；
l 熟悉如Revit MEP、Revit Structure、Revit Architecture 等BIM 相关软件；
l 工作细致认真，责任心强，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
l 学习能力强、乐于学习、善于创新；
l 掌握Microstation、avisworks、hinoceros、或者Ecotect、IES 等建筑物理性能评价软件者优先考虑。
具备良好的中英文表达及书写能力。
