Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.
May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors;
At least 8 years’ working experience in large Class-A design institute or company architecture scheme design; scheme design experience in at least three of the following projects: dwelling, office, hotel, public building, etc;
Experience of basement scheme design or general drawing design;
Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements;
Experienced of scheme bidding; be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of scheme design;
Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project;
Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as Tianzheng, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, In Design, etc;
High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit; strong organizing and cooperating ability;
CET - 4 , good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
Candidates with awarded projects are preferred.
