Taking up the roles and duties of the representative or delegate of the Construction Manager under works contracts as assigned by the Project Management Consultant
Collaboration with other Resident Site Staff ranks for assessment of payments, defined costs and fees, target prices, pain-gain shares, compensation events/variations/claims, etc. for works contracts
Dispute avoidance and resolution for works contracts
Financial management and forecasting of works contract and the project
Programme management and forecasting of works contract and the project
Monitoring of achievement of objectives, targets and key performance indicators of works contract and the project
Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost-effective manner with good quality
Programme review, progress monitoring, project risk management, claim assessments by programme analysis
Other duties related to this consultancy, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team or the Project Management Consultant from time to time
Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering disciplines, or
Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying discipline or an equivalent qualification to the above.
At least 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience
At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in which minimum 2 years of contract and programme management
Good understanding of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management or Microsoft Project software is preferred
With experience working in Macau projects is preferred.
