We provide professional services in areas such as aviation, transit, freight rail, highways and bridges, planning, and ports and marine. Our global network of top-tier specialists delivers comprehensive services over the full life cycle of a project to benefit clients in government and private industries.
Our Asia aviation business is based in Hong Kong and is expanding rapidly with active projects in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Taiwan, Thailand, India, China and other countries.
Airport Master Planning including airside planning, passenger terminal planning, landside transportation planning, cargo precinct and overall layout planning.
Carry out technical feasibility studies for aviation and airport planning activities.
Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary planning and design teams including architecture, engineering, financial, environmental and other discipline streams including specialists
Prepare and compile technical reports, drawings and documents
Phase and program aviation project works
Manage specialist sub-consultants when required
Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders as required during planning and design and phases.
Recognized degree in architecture, civil engineering or transportation planning.
Registered Architect or Chartered Engineer from a recognized national institution
Minimum 3 - 10 years experience in planning, engineering, infrastructure, facilities design or project management of Airport projects.
Solid understanding of ICAO and IATA planning and design standards
Very good command of English (spoken, written, listening).
Mandarin Chinese is absolutely an advantage
Strong software skills including Microsoft packages, CAD and other specialized airport planning/design software.
Commitment to delivery of quality output, on time and to budget. Ability to fully engage with projects and an ‘eye for detail’.
Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients key requirements and build relationships
Strong team player, ability to work closely with colleagues.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Good team leadership skills.
Ability to self manage. Self starter, energetic, pro-active.
Integrity in dealing with clients, staff and in business dealings
