We are looking for BIM Operator to join our prestigious Landscape team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain or amend BIM models
Assist Designer in delivering quality BIM deliverables including but not limited to generate 2D drawings or schedule and documents
Ensure the quality of models as described in the BIM Execution Plan
Monitor change of model and make amendment
Assist BIM team in meetings with external clients / inhouse design teams
Prepare clash detection report and resolve clashes under the instruction from BIM Specialist
Participate in international projects with fast-learning skill
Perform effective communication with internal and external clients
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Minimum Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Architecture /Landscape Architecture or equivalent
Candidates with CIC certified BIM coordinator will be an advantage
Experienced in AutoCAD / Rhino / Revit
Experienced in Grasshopper modelling would be an advantage but not essential
Well organized and can work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
