With the establishment of AECOM’s initiative of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in APAC, you will support the APAC TOD Leader and work across business lines and regions to focus on opportunities in transit-oriented developments for major transit and infrastructure development projects across APAC.
This is a good opportunity to broaden and enhance project management skills all over the project life cycle from business development, project planning, project execution to project closure, if you have aspiration to have parallel growth in your career development path both operationally and technically.
Lead the proactive efforts in business development that brings values to clients and contribute to sales;
Coordinate on cross-regional and cross-disciplinary pursuits;
Prepare for fee proposals and formulation of cost budget;
Negotiate with clients on contract terms that meet the standards of the company;
Be responsible for project controls, budget finance, team coordination and procurement;
Manage operational matters including corporate reporting and budgeting of the team.
3+ years of Project management experience on multi-disciplinary projects.
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Architecture, Urban Design or Planning, Engineering or relevant;
Excellent organization and communication skills;
Good presentation skills;
Fluent English, Mandarin would be a plus;
Be able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary and cross-culture team；
Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager title
