AECOM Administrative Assistant in Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong

The candidate will provide general clerical support including filing, data entry and assisting in preparation of documents and correspondence reports as well as other office administrative functions.
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
The candidate should have 5 passes in HKCEE, including English Language (Syllabus B), with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Typing speed of no less than 40 w.p.m. and a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese are required. You should be able to work independently on various office administrative duties with attention to details. Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
