Lead and manage design development in respect of overall quality, schedule, budget, resources and risk control of healthcare projects
Manage clients, hospital end users, design teams and contractors
Attend or assist in chairing project governance meetings, design review, progress and construction related meetings and medical equipment coordination workshops
Other relevant duties as assigned by the Project Director
Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
Degree holder in Architecture discipline or equivalent
Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects or equivalent
With at least 10 years relevant experience in institutional building projects including experience in Healthcare / Medical Planning for Senior Project Manager. Applicants with less experience will be considered for Project Manager
Holding Corporate Membership of Project Management Institute or Association for Project Management will be an advantage
Fluent in both written and spoken English (speaking Cantonese & Putonghua is not a must but will be an advantage)
