AECOM Senior Engineers / Project Engineers / Assistant Engineers (Water) in Shatin, Hong Kong

Job Summary
The Water team provides comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as programme management and design-build.
Responsibilities:
Prepare engineering design works, in particular on drainage/water supply/wastewater aspects
Conduct technical assessments and report preparation
Coordinate amongst project teams and clients to facilitate project implementation
Supervise junior engineers in terms of work allocation, training, and problem resolution
Participate in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents and tendering assistance
Carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures, report any potential risk and problem to immediate supervisor
Minimum Requirements
Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in relevant disciplines or equivalent
- Strong oral and writing abilities in both Chinese (Cantonese and / or Putonghua) and English
Knowledgeable in using engineering modelling software
Strong sense of leadership and accountability
Results-oriented and client-focused
Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Self-motivated with high personal drive for achieving targets and business goals
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with no professional qualification would be considered as Assistant Engineer.
