AECOM Senior Architect/ Associate, Hong Kong in Shatin, Hong Kong

Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.
Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and Construction drawing review
Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle
Formulate building designs and outline detailed drawings
Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects
Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts
Occasional travel to mainland China is required
Master in Architecture or equivalent
Qualified members of the AIA, HKIA, RIBA, ARB, RAIA or equivalent
Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience preferably in large-scale residential and commercial projects
Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos
Strong skills in parametric modelling is an advantage (added in Jan2021)
Strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino
Fluent in written and spoken English
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate, Architecture
