AECOM Associate, Land Supply & Municipal in Shatin, Hong Kong

Job Summary

a) produce a time schedule for the project;

b) manage the overall project planning process;

c) control and take responsibility for all the time management aspects of the project;

d) inject leadership and motivation to the overall project team;

e) update the progress report and all necessary performance indices on a regular basis;

f) monitor the project by project procurement status and compatibility with programme objectives; and

g) review options which are proposed, as required from time‐to‐time, on the project to resolve/

mitigate a negative impact on the project programme.

Minimum Requirements

a) a recognized university degree in Construction, Building or Civil engineering with post‐graduate

qualification in Project Management or other professional membership such as MHKIE, MICE,

MCIOB of relevant institution;

b) a minimum of 12 years’ post‐qualification planning and programming experience in field of design

and construction management in roles on consultant and contractor side, at least 8 years on‐site

planning and programming experiences;

c) excellent skills in programming, controlling and monitoring multidisciplinary design and

construction projects, producing significant design and pre‐construction deliverables, project

controlling tools and progress reports;

d) excellent knowledge and experience in sensitivity analysis, scenario studies, impact analysis and

schedule risk assessment;

e) familiar with government submission procedures, experience in assessing the potential risk or

delay and time implication during the project life cycle;

f) good understanding of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software; and

g) good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
